All volunteers 18+ years of age are required to have the following clearances on file in the church office:
Criminal Record (Act 34)
Child Abuse CY113 (Act 33)
FBI Fingerprints (only if you have lived in a state other than PA) Service code:1KG6ZJ.
*Clearances & Trainings must be updated/renewed & submitted every 5 years.
